Visiting favourite friends in Yorkshire

It is summer holidays and time for visiting some of our favourite friends. The boys love being with Ciarian, he has the coolest toys and an ever imaginative mind full of games and things to do! We camped in the garden (we were all warm, except our hosts who insisted on camping with us, but gave us all the warmest blankets and froze themselves! - You are all too kind!!).

What did we do - lots of bouncing on the new trampoline, bike riding in the fields, lego, too much talking (as usual), swimming and a visit to Newby Hall gardens which we all really enjoyed. The boys had a go at stone carving (the Zimbabwean way), paddle boating and running in the beautiful gardens - what a great place - a definate place to put on your tourist 'must-do' list.
